Ballou Home does not have a locked unit for dementia, so they couldn’t take my aunt. It was a beautiful facility, so it is unfortunate that they do not cater to dementia patients. It was small, quaint, clean, and neat. The staff was wonderful, but they couldn’t accommodate what we needed for our aunt.

They are a 5 star facility because they provide the best care to their residents.clean,safe,cosey environment..staff is number 1 ..I highly recommend this facilty above all the others.
