I've been a resident for 2 years and all I can say is I wouldn't board a dog here! Haven't had a shower in months. I didn't even get one when I went to my mother's wake! Some of the CNAs chart lies so on paper it looks like they are doing their jobs. My hair is so greasy you could fry an egg on my head.

This facility is horrible! The staff is incredibly rude and uneducated. The administrator lacks knowledge and very unhelpful. I would never send my loved one here. Rooms are dirty and CNAs are busy on their phones all the time. There was one nurse named Schnaida , who was on ear buds and didn't help the residents with wound care or any concerns. She was giving attitude in the hall way., which was very unprofessional. Mainly sitting at the desk doing nothing.

Heritage Hills was wonderful. I was completely impressed with it. Things were nice and it’s all on one floor. They were very caring and easy to communicate with. It smells good, it’s clean, and they were on top of everything. They were taking him around and helping him to walk a little bit. They called to say how he was doing. I can trust that he’s getting the best care there.
