For the most part I thought the Bradford Manor was a very nice place with friendly and caring staff. They have many activities through out the day and I saw that everyone was cared for at the best to the staffs abilities. Although, I did notice some clients being favored over others. I think it's important for the staff and clients to have a well established relationship and unfortunatly I didn't see a lot of that at this facility. The food is quite good but the way they serve could use some work. It only takes one mistake for everything to get backed up and that seems to happen all too often. The nursing aides are very friendly and well trained as they run classes in the same facility. I do think that sometimes the aides have a bit too much to do in such a short amount of time but that changes as the census changes. Over all I do think it's a wonderful place and I've never had any thoughts or reasons to believe that any abuse or neglect has gone on. I can tell this is a caring place.
