"Eden Heights' facilities were great. My dad was there for 3 weeks and gained 10 lbs. The people are great. I'd recommend it. My dad gave it an A+. They have a great menu. It's like a restaurant style; you go in and you have 3 choices every meal. Then, they come and take your order. So it's really good. They would go out to lunch to a restaurant in town on a bus. They have music and entertainment that comes in. They do all kinds of exercises and crafts; they have something every day."

"Manor Hills are wonderful people. They were very, very nice people. I would have been very happy to have my husband stay there. I would've trusted them with him. It was very clean, and they were very willing to work with me on getting the perfect room for him. They showed us what the room would look like. They gave us the options of either a shared room or a private room. They were very, very helpful. They had a lot of empathy. They wanted to do the best for him that he needed, and for me as well. They were very honest with me, and they were caring. We were not there long enough because my husband started to be very much in pain, and we needed to get him home, so we ended it quite early. As a matter of fact, as we were there looking at the single room, my husband asked if he could lie down on the bed, so they allowed him to lie down on the bed, got a pillow for him, and then helped him to get back into the wheelchair so we could get him out to the car."

"Everything about Field of Dreams Senior Living is beautiful. It's new and clean, and every staff member is very friendly. The cost was reasonable and Mom knew a couple of people who were living there, so it made her feel comfortable knowing a few people that she could talk to right away. She has told us that every meal is very filling and very good. There's at least two choices and she's very content with her meals. She loves the chair exercise class. She's going to bingo and she's been going to painting classes. She uses the gym every day. For her, the room she is in is very comfortable. She's got a bed and she was able to fit an antique cupboard in there that she likes and display a few of her other antiques. They let her put any pictures she wanted on the walls. She has plenty of room for a lift recliner and she has a small chair."

"My mother will be moving into Chapel Ridge. We chose this facility because it is close to my mother's current home, and therefore she knows people throughout the community, and they can come visit her easily. Her friends are in the neighborhood, but she also knows a couple people that are already in Chapel Ridge. That was the primary reason that we were kind of focused on this facility. We haven't actually experienced it, but it appears that the services, from talking to other residents and things, are excellent. They increase the level of care according to the needs of the client. The facility itself is quite nice. They had a nice dining room and sitting areas. We were accommodated well with an apartment that was appropriate for my mom on the first floor. They do everything they can to accommodate the residents and their family and make them comfortable. The setting is nice. We haven't been able to explore the outdoors so much because of the weather, but there's a walking path and a nice courtyard where residents can go and sit and enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is adequate, not extremely spacious, but it's got a lot of light coming through the windows, and it's very clean. They do housekeeping, and it will be in very good condition when we move in. The facility looked comfortable and definitely well kept from what we've seen."

"Randolph Manor was the closest community to where my mother was located and closest to where all of us kids live. She was only there for about 8 to 9 days. The little bit of time she was there, the staff was wonderful. The community was spotless. I’ve never had a problem with the food; she never told me she didn’t like any of it. The room wasn’t as big as I thought it would have been, and it was no bigger and no different than a hospital room. "
