My brother-in-law knew somebody who lived at Regency Village at Redmond. So we went over there and he liked it, so he moved in. It's a smaller, assisted living facility, which is nice. It's local here in Redmond so we don't have to drive to another city to go visit. The facility is very nice. The interaction between the employees and the residents is wonderful. Everybody gets along really well and we had occasions to eat there and the food was delicious. They served cheeseburgers and they were cooked perfectly with French fries. It was good. I saw some ladies playing some games and other people playing cards. They have crafts going on there and they go on field trips. Today, they put everybody who wanted to go on the bus and drove them to a restaurant in a nearby community and they are going to be having maybe a happy hour meal or something at 3:00. They have stuff going on all the time Everyone was so accommodating and they bent over backwards to help us know how much they wanted us to come and be with them. They are very nice people. They coul clean up a little bit. For the most part, cleanliness is pretty good. I just saw a few little things on the carpet. It's not that big of a deal. I'm very comfortable knowing that my brother-in-law will be taken care of.

I toured Regency Village at Redmond. I liked the fact that they take the veteran's benefit. The staff was knowledgeable as to what the benefits would be to have my wife there. The facility was very clean. It did not smell like a hospital. The layout seemed okay. The rooms were somewhat small, but that's okay.

We liked Regency Village at Redmond. It was friendly. It was clean. The rooms had new carpeting. They change it every time somebody moves out. The room was very clean and freshly painted. They said my mother could hang anything. They had a great menu. They had a chef there. If you don't like something on the menu, you just tell them, and they'll make what you want, and they'll make it how you want it. They will bring it to your room. They will save it down there and heat it for you when you decide to come down. They have beautiful views. The rooms were smaller than the other places, but they were really clean and nice. The rooms were enough for all the amenities that they had. They have a great game room, and they have a great TV sitting room with a fireplace. The guy who showed us around was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We just felt really good when we left there that that was the place.

My dad was in The Heights Assisted Living Center. It was a smaller facility. His room was fine. They had good activities. The people were friendly, and they were personable.

My mother lives in The Heights for several years. They are absolutely wonderful. I will recommend them for anybody's parents who can no longer take care of themselves. They are so great with my mother. The staff is just incredible and caring, and as difficult as my mother is, they never lost their patience with her. They take care of her and other residents there in the facility who are also very generous and kind. I just can't say enough about how grateful we are for the care that they give to my mother.
