My friend moved into Prestige Senior Living West Hills. The move-in was seamless, and they've been very caring and helpful. The staff is very caring. The people that work directly with her have been nothing but helpful. They have a new director for the building and he's got some learning to do. The facilities are clean and attractive. It seemed complete.

I stopped by for a tour and was very impressed with the facility. It was clean, staff was friendly and hard-working, and residents seemed to be happy and out and about. The room my husband and I viewed for his mother was clean and looked modern. The location was out of the way and the only reason why we decided to go with a different assisted living

I was really not impressed with Prestige Senior Living West Hills. The tour was led by the receptionist. She seemed friendly and nice, but not really well-informed. She wasn't able to answer our questions. The tour lasted about 15 to 20 minutes, as opposed to over an hour at the other place. There was a deck upstairs and small common gathering areas at the end of each hallway and it looked rundown. The rugs were stained, the walls were beamed up, it needed paint, an the carpets needed to be clean, if not replaced.

I really like Prestige Senior Living West Hills, but they didn't have a space available at the time for my mom. It's a smaller facility, but it's extremely nice and lovely. They've got a lovely view from the rooms, super friendly staff, and really amazing residents also. It was a really nice place. I would've been really happy to place her there. They have lots of activities, outings, art classes, a gym, and beauty salon. They have everything. They sent home a sample of their food and it was really good. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

My sister-in-law is in respite care right now at Prestige Senior Living West Hills. The reason we put her there is because they had both respite care and assisted living to get her to warm up to the idea, but she hasn't. It's very nice, but in respite care she's isolated in the building on the ground floor. I imagine if she was on the main floor, where everybody was, and had more exposure to people, she'd like it better. Aesthetic wise, it's a beautiful facility, and with the holidays and the COVID, things have been shut down, so she hasn't been able to get the most out of it. I think would be a nice place for them. The staff members are friendly, outgoing, and ready to help you. I walked in there with a prescription for my sister-in-law because I haven't been able to get it filled, and they all knew who I was, people I'd never met before, so apparently they knew I was coming. They gave me a fruit cup to take down to her since I was going to go to see here. They were very accommodating, and the activities director was going to go and visit her. She's got some physical things that are hindering her home health, so she's got swelling in the arm. When you're old and falling apart, things aren't very pleasant to you, so she's not getting the full benefit because of her own physical limitations. The rooms are a small one-bedroom or studio. They're small, but they take care of all your meals, and they have all these activities. They're small, but they're very nice. They have a wonderful dining area. It was closed last week. They hope to open up this week. It was very spread out. It's open and there's two access points, but then there's no wall, so from the lobby you can see the dining area and it's got a lot of seating. They got machines there like for drinks and things. They have a doorbell in the kitchen. You ring the doorbell and tell them what you want because you can't go in the kitchen, but they still make it to where people can get things in there. The menu looks great. There's quite a variety. They had shepherd's pie, tacos, and chicken parmesan. They got quite a variety of foods there. They have arts, bingo, and shopping trips, then they have exercise classes like their yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays. For the holidays, everything was tuned down, and physically she can't do anything right now. I have a calendar for both December and January, and it looks like they have a lot going on, but the outdoor trips are once a week. They have an arts and crafts room, a nice dining area, a TV room, and a room where they have movie nights. The place is definitely well kept. The lawn is manicured. It is very clean. It's upscale. Obviously, they perform maintenance to keep up on it. The only negative I can say is that they're away from everything. It's seemingly like out in the country, although there is a Safeway a couple of blocks away. You're kind of isolated, and to me, I think I'd like to be closer to the general community. They have their weekly outings, but I like to look outside and see places that are familiar.

I went to Prestige Senior Living West Hills. I was pretty impressed with it. We saw a one-bedroom and a studio. They were remodeling, so the rooms that we had seen were the ones they were remodeling. They did have an exercise room, then the activity room. They showed us the laundry room, and then they had an outside patio area. They were very friendly. She introduced me to everybody. Whenever we walked on, the residents and the staff, were very, very polite. I think they were playing bingo with me when I walked through there. They have a bus there and they do activities, outings, and things like that, and then three meals and snacks. I think the administrator was helpful and was willing to go out of her way and help with things. They were just very nice altogether.

My mother is moving into Prestige Senior Living West Hills. We put on a deposit on a room. The main reason we chose it was because they had something available. They just seemed very attentive and all the residents that walked by were happy. The staff members looked happy and there were a lot of them. The facility was nice, and clean, and newly carpeted. They had crafts, trips, and assistance, and all kinds of stuff. The rooms were good-sized.

We will be moving my mother in Prestige Senior Living West Hills. Overall, it was very enlightening. The people that were there, and even the residents would talk to you. The staff is really friendly. We didn't get to see how their lunches were so far, but we talked to the chef, or at least one of the chefs, I guess there's more than one. It overall basically was more of a welcome to you. Everybody kind of goes together. It's being somewhat remodeled, and they are remodeling things right now. It looks like maybe parts of it needs to be done, but they're working on that, and they're doing it as it is. Other than that, it looked like it was pretty clean.

Prestige Senior Living West Hills is a nice community. It's just an odd sort of place, like the shape of the building, the carpeting, and the décor. From my particular situation, I think it would be challenging for my mom to find her way to the dining room. It's very large, and my mom has some dementia. I think it would be challenging for her to navigate her way around the facility. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable and friendly. She asked good questions. She was great. I was able to meet some of the residents, and they all seemed very happy. We were able to tour the whole facility. They've got some great bathing facilities, which I liked. They have a large kitchen, and they have a big craft area. The thing I particularly liked is they have a very nice balcony that overlooks the sheep farm, so that's very nice. The facility felt tired and a little outdated.

I am not sure what we would have done with out Prestige. They made room for my Dad when we couldn't find anywhere for him a few years ago. He could not longer take care of himself at his retirement home and shortly after the passing of my Mom I was staying with him and caring for him while also working full time. Prestige took us under their wing and helped us make sure our Dad was safe. He had to live in another town for awhile and then as soon as we could he was moved close to us in Corvallis. Since then, we have been blessed to know he is in good hands. Since the COVID lock down it has been very hard. Prestige employees have been working hard to make sure our Dad has what he needs and is safe. As a nurse, I know that being a care giver is challenging and things aren't always perfect. I still know that my Dad is in a place that cares, regardless of these trying times. The Director Travis is so kind and caring also! I would highly reccomend this place for a family member.

Because of COVID things are different and they are very vigilant in protecting the residents of Privelege West Hills. They have yoga, bingo, and a variety of activities but COVID often changes the schedule. There is a coffee and snack bar available when COVID is not a problem. They also have a happy hour on Thursdays when possible for residents to visit. My brother moved in when he had a stroke and is physically well but other difficulties. As his sister, living several miles away, the personnel has been very helpful to him, specially Tomena, Jon, and Travis. I so appreciate the updates Travis sends everyone..

The staff has gone above and beyond all expectations in keeping the residents safe and engaged during the pandemic. The rooms are kept clean and neat. The staff has tried all kinds of interesting activities and events to get residents involved.

My great uncle has been here for a year and a half now and absolutely loves it! Before covid precautions were set in place, I'd visit and eat there often. Their food has always been great when I went- their homemade bread is amazing and they do salmon very well! The community is always clean and smells good. They got a new Executive Director this year (2020) who has really improved the place (according to my uncle). My uncle uses a wheelchair and whenever he needs help with anything, even just having dropped something on the floor someone is there to help assist him within minutes. He really loves their activities person and said the outdoor socially distanced concert they had last week was a blast. I would absolutely recommend Prestige West Hills! Great place to call home

Do not put someone you love in this home. My grandma who has a broken leg can’t even get someone up to help here within and hour if at all. The food scheduled is never on a timely manner if the person wants to eat in their room. It’s not the staffs fault it’s managements fault they only have to care givers staffed at a time. I wish I could give this place 0 stars

Prestige West Hills is taking very good care of my father. He has been there for about a month now and is doing better than he has in a very long time. The regular and good meals and clean, healthy environment have had a very positive effect on him.

The Prestige Senior Living on West Hills is very nice and affordable. My dad and I love it. The process was easy and quick, and the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We are having a great experience. I would recommend this facility to others. It is not a super fancy place, but the food is good, the staff is good, and the place is clean.

The staff were helpful to visitors and appeared to get along well with the clients. They were generally at least attempting to seem cheerful and friendly while providing services. The staff that I spoke with displayed knowledge and familiarity with the habits and personality of my relatives they were caring for which was very encouraging. My grandfather never made any significant complaints about his treatment or the facilities.
