I toured The Renaissance of Ponca City. The experience was great. They were very professional, asked a lot of questions, and asked how I was doing. I was very impressed with them. The apartments were nice, like the one-bedroom apartment. There was a lot of room in there. The upkeep looked great to me. Their dining area was nice. The staff who gave the tour was great. They handled everything professionally.

I toured The Renaissance of Ponca City. The experience was great. They were very professional, asked a lot of questions, and asked how I was doing. I was very impressed with them. The apartments were nice, like the one-bedroom apartment. There was a lot of room in there. The upkeep looked great to me. Their dining area was nice. The staff who gave the tour was great. They handled everything professionally.

My overall tour of The Renaissance of Ponca City was quite good. I was shown three different rooms. They're currently being renovated, so once they get new carpets they'll be fine. The staff was very helpful and polite. I was only there for 20 minutes but the place seemed clean. They had a TV room, a game room, and some outside activities, so it was good.

We have spent five months seeking a conversation with the Executive Director at the Stillwater facility who has ignored our efforts to reach her via phone, fax, or in person. I hope the PC facility isn't an UNresponsive as the Stillwater facility seems to be. We even showed up in person last week and STILL, no decency of customer service in sight yet.....
