A nightmare. Had to rehabilitate there after a broken hip. Bed was too short and they made no effort to rectify until my last week there. Room was freezing cold ALL the time and it was August. Shower facilities were a disgrace with visible mold on grout. Some very good people but also some that were almost abusive. 4 days after I left, I was back in a regular hospital with acute cellulitis. It had been ignored at Park Health.

Bad bad experience! Allowed to fall out of bed not once not trice but three times after requesting bed alarm and rails! Noticed swelling on ankle and they found blood clot, that as a non med person I should not be the person finding this thru a door window! Learned after a rush to hospital that she had not been eating and was substantially dehydrated ! The desk and staff don’t answer the phone., the social worker will not return calls. I could go on and on about this terrible experience.
