My father is at Englewood Manor, and they're putting him through the Medicaid process. So far, they're very friendly. It's quiet. My dad said that the food has been good. I have to schedule a visitation once a week, so it's not like I get to see him all the time. It would be nice if there's a facility where you don't have to limit visitations.

The place. Is dirty the management is bad the housekeeping supervisor is very rude an disrespectful to people an her department.I see housekeepers walk-in the halls standing in the halls being rude an on there cell phones.I have been up front over this so many time it dose no good management look out for management only.this places use to have good housekeeping an housekeeper who through of are family members as there's not any more the ones they got now are only there for a pay check the same way with the aids.you need some of your old employees back then maybe it would be a place I would bring another family member I'm ready to take mine back out again.they miss the good ones that had a heart for them.you need different people in management an in charge.in stead of management who is going to talk about other employees to family members mainly ones who did there jobs great

As far as I could see, the facilty was a friendly, clean, and safe environment for the seniors. My experience was a pleasant, and I can also say the same for our family friend. she seemed very happy, and comfortable. The staff accommodated me right when I walked in the door. the customer service was excellent. The nurses were very professional, and were right there when our friend needed them. In order to get help from the nurses, she could use her call light, and a nurse would be right there at her beck and call. I especially love the activities the facility provided. Our friend would play bingo, watch movies, and eat very well. The food is tastey, it wasn't your typical nursing home food. Sometime the facility was get food catered from well known resturants. The clean up crew does a really good job with keeping our friend's room clean, and changing her linens regularly. I really don't have any complaints so far. I would recommend this facility to anyone. After hearing all the horror stories from other people, about the other nursing home facilities, I was pleased with this facility.
