My sister was in two assisted living facilities before Emerald Pointe. Since she needed nursing care, she was transferred to Emerald Pointe. It is a nursing home like no other. Her room is just like the assisted living facility's. Large private room with a big bathroom. She was sick at the assisted living facility and every time I visited, I asked that the doctor examine her. Nothing.... The first day she arrived at Emerald Pointe, she had a complete medical workup and they called to let us know of medication changes. Staff is wonderful, friendly and caring. If or when I need nursing care, this is where I want to be. Absolutely no complaints.

Caregivers are not patient and caring with those that cannot help themselves. Rooms are not cleaned and not much attention to patients needs.. with all the money this place gets it can do better .. my relative always has dirty nails and food down the front of her and her room is a mess .. These are our seniors people. They don’t deserve this.. I am very disappointed in the care ..

My mother-in-law was there and got excellent care the nursing staff.You nursing assistants are caring and loving to their patients. The building was always clean. if you ever had any questions there was always someone there to answer them I would highly recommend this building to anybody you become family there it is an amazing place for your loved one.

My husband has been in this facility twice now and perhaps will have to go again. The staff are cheerful and nice to the patients. It is clean and smells good. The food is excellent and if someone doesn't like what is being served, the kitchen staff will find something that will fill the bill. Private rooms can allow for patients to bring their own furniture like recliners and larger tv s although a tv is in every room. The outside is spacious and lovely with many flowers planted all around.
