"Our family all agree The Highlands Executive Staff has gone above our expectations to make sure Mom has an easy transition into her new home. The nursing staff is personable and kind. Mom has made many new friends in a short time we have too Some folks do not get visitors and are happy to have a new friend They all look out for each other they play cards and Bingo. They have a movie theater we look forward to having fun there. We are very happy with Mom's new home "

"My husband is in Inola Health Care Center. It's a very nice place with very caring, loving, and nice people. My husband is receiving physical therapy. He's in a private room, which isn't fancy. They have bingo and board games. They really try to keep them busy. The meals are good. My husband is not able to participate in activities at the present time, but the other people I've watched there seem to be very happy."

"We have my mother in to assisted living place right now and that is The Brookfield. We went in and looked at several, and this one looked like they had caring people. They had a clean facility and good food. This would be a nice place, and it was very clean and well-kept. She is in a private room. They have their specials everyday, and then you can also order off the menu if you want. Staff, most of the nurses, and the people that are in-charge of different activities like check in and check out were very good. The manager's very chop-chop; things have to be done right. They are a little short staffed right now, but other than that, they tried hard contributing. They usually have one or two field trips a week to the lake and to take them to Wal-Mart. They have bingo, movies, art crafts, sing-alongs, and guys comes in to play instruments. "

"My husband's second cousin had been in here for rehab. It was very nice. The room was spacious and nice. They shared a bathroom, but they had a wall between the two residents that made it a little more private. I didn't see the food or the menu, but my husband's second cousin never complained about it. The staff members were courteous and friendly. They had planned activities every day."

"My husband moved into the Claremore Veterans Center. They check on him every two hours to see if he needs a diaper change or wound care. They come in and ask him constantly if he would like to get up to eat if he wants them to bring his food in, or if he needs a snack or a drink. Even the maintenance people are friendly with him and talk to him, so that's wonderful to me. They have a minister to come around if they want to see someone like that. They have a social worker who comes around, checks on them, and talks to them. My husband doesn't usually go out and do the group things that they have, but he is invited. They have some kind of activity just about every day. When I was there, they painted or used markers to make Christmas decorations. Their staff were really friendly. The food is great. Everything is really clean. It's better than anything I could find for the same price in Tulsa. It's a nice place. I don't feel bad about my husband's being there at all."

"Wagoner Care is a small nursing home. The staff always have smiles on their faces and seem quit genuine. My grandmother was there and she had dementia, she couldn't remeber who anyone was. The staff was so patient with her and never forced her when she was scared or nervous. They were able to get her up and bathed and into the cafeteria with caring and patientience. They would stop by and check on her and they would approach her with a warm smile and quitely remind her where she was what was going on. I never felt like I wasn't welcome to visit and the nurses would be very knowledgeable. The would call me day or night for information on my grandmother. For instance she was talking about a friend of her's alot, and this wasn't anyone she had talked about before. The nurse called me to ask about this person so that they could have conversations with my grandmother to help with her memory. All I can say is Wagoner care was a great place for my grandmother and the care given was at the top. "
