Wagoner Care is a small nursing home. The staff always have smiles on their faces and seem quit genuine. My grandmother was there and she had dementia, she couldn't remeber who anyone was. The staff was so patient with her and never forced her when she was scared or nervous. They were able to get her up and bathed and into the cafeteria with caring and patientience. They would stop by and check on her and they would approach her with a warm smile and quitely remind her where she was what was going on. I never felt like I wasn't welcome to visit and the nurses would be very knowledgeable. The would call me day or night for information on my grandmother. For instance she was talking about a friend of her's alot, and this wasn't anyone she had talked about before. The nurse called me to ask about this person so that they could have conversations with my grandmother to help with her memory. All I can say is Wagoner care was a great place for my grandmother and the care given was at the top.
