My parents have been staying at Brookdale Peachtree for about two weeks now. The place is very nice and homey. We got a very good welcome when we arrived. They're looking for CNA help which affected the care just a little bit but theyre keeping me informed and they have a lot of services offered and needed. They also have doctors making house calls. My parents have a very nice, large room that looks out to a wooded area, which is very calming. They're free to walk all over the whole building and there are several different living room spaces. They don't have showers in the room, just basic necessities. They also offer programs every day. One of the best things I noticed is that they do get the people out of the building to eat once or twice a week. The price is competitive to other areas around here.

Brookdale Peachtree was beautiful and clean. The patients had the freedom to just roam. The rooms were nice and spacious. They had their own bathrooms in their rooms. They have so many activities. The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful in what next step I needed to take for my mom. The dining room was spacious. They could get around really easily in there, even with walkers. It was set up like a restaurant.

We liked Brookdale Peachtree a lot. One of the things I was most impressed about them was the Rane which is a bathing system which is on a pedestal that tilts, so my mother-in-law can be easily bathed and her hair washed. They keep their sauna room really warm and have bathtub with jets that bathe them with a special kind of soap, so it's really neat. The staff we met was really pleasant. They have a day room that has centers, almost like if you would imagine a day care center where kids would have a cooking center or a workshop center. They also have a salon room where you could go as a family to do their hair or you can bring your own stylist, and I liked that a lot.

My mother was a resident there in the Alzheimer's unit when it was called Southern Assisted Living. The place was wonderful. We have many happy memories from her stay there. Very clean, well staffed, and loving care.
