I toured. It's very clean and certainly easy to navigate and everything. It's like an apartment building but maybe not posh. It was a very friendly atmosphere. They had a wall-up of pictures of anybody who was a military veteran, which for my friend would have been a huge plus because he is an Air Force veteran and very proud of it. They had the same types of activities. They had multiple floor plans and the ability to go from several levels of sizes. They coordinated activities and shuttle service when people needed to go places and things like that. They had a nice little outdoor patio, but it was a little sparse. They had a place where somebody could do some gardening if they wanted to. I saw the menu and it was good. It looked varied, and I think they had three choices a day and then a backup ala carte menu. The staff was fabulous from the lady that walked me around on the tour to the staff I observed interacting with the residents. They were excellent, very attentive, and seemed to have the resident's best interests at heart.

My mother was here for three weeks in memory care. My father was very uncomfortable with the staff. He wasn't satisfied with their explanation for the scratches that were around her neck. That's why we had to find a different place for her. The place was clean and for what it was, it seemed OK. They seemed to have a lot of activities. I didn't see any areas where they could openly roam about without supervision, but it seemed to be a nice enough location. She had a nice room. It was a shared room separated by a wall. I don't think they did anything wrong. It's just my dad didn't feel comfortable.

It was nice. The only problem there was you would only get a room. It's very small, but they would give you a refrigerator and a little TV. They have a very nice layout where they could sit out on the patio and walk. The staff was very good and very nice.
