Thank you for taking the time writing a review regarding your stay at our facility. We make it a priority to listen to everyone’s concerns and after receiving this review, we sent out someone from corporate to review the cleanliness of the bathrooms, rooms, water not working in some rooms, and the air conditioning and have made adjustments and improvements. We’ve also reviewed our staffs schedules and found more than adequate enough staff on hand 24/7. We have a procedure in-place regarding transportation that the CDC has advised us with that the residents have to adhere to, but we apologize if it is confusing and are working on simplifying it.
