No communication between their staff members. One shift has no idea what the other one did. monitoring their patients like they should... NOT HAPPENING. They did a quick evacuation for the hurracane on september... (pretty good I guess) but after they send all the patients to different facilities... some as far as more than 2 hour drive away... they failed to contact the family to give them updates on when will they reopen leaving many scrambling finding another placer closer to home for their family member. Going to the building to get info its like a joke... no one there or no concrete answer. They spend a lot of money fixing the lobby area before the storm but no building fixing will fix the staff issue. They are obviously under staff, over worked and underpaid (it seems).
