I have visited here and was quite pleased with the attention the staff members working here have given to my family member in a caring, careful and sincere manner. The regular updates about the changes that are occurring via telephone, email and or cell phone communication is greatly appreciated especially since the relatives being notified including myself live in states quite a distance away. My relative participating in rehabilitation there more than once is comfortable and relaxed with everyone seeing him daily and yes the facility is both a clean and sanitary facility. Thanks to everyone there as a family member that loves this person greatly it comforts me too knowing this resident is very well cared for. Again Thank you.

Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a very good place. The staff is very helpful and kind. I've been very, very impressed with them. My husband is satisfied with the food. They're a little understaffed, but I think that's probably the case with all caring facilities at this point. He is sharing a room with somebody and it's a nice, decent size room. It's not huge, but it is comfortable. They have recreational directors who try to engage them in things like bingo, singing, painting, and artwork. I think that my husband has adapted well, because they're such an excellent staff.

The staff at Middletown Park Manor were kind, compassionate, and respectful to my mom for the more than 14 months she resided there. My mom could be challenging at times with her behaviors due to her dementia diagnosis. The staff were patient, understanding and showed a genuine affection toward her. The staff would provide regular communication and update us on her status or any changes, which we truly appreciated. When Mom declined and became end of life care, the staff were wonderful to her and made sure she was comfortable. Not only did they visit and check in on my mom, they offered all of us support while bringing in coffee, tea, beverages, and snacks. I would highly recommend Middletown Park Manor.

My experience here was not the greatest. Although my interactions with the staff was pleasant. There were a select few that went over and above their duty to make sure I was taken care of like Agnes,Meredeth,Sam (the nurse lady) Kate, Bridgette, Jessica, Victoria (tori) and last but not least Gail These people became very close to me. I wish I could do something special for each of them. I will miss them when I am released. The problem that I have had here is with the food. From day 1 I complained the food was cold when my tray was delivered. I sat with the dietician the make my choices for meals and they were rarely the selected items I chose. I have had to pay for outside food delivery at least 1-2 times a week to get a decent meal. I have shared many photos with my family and staff regarding the food situation Shouldn't there be someone overseeing how these kitchen staffers are preparing and plating food? Its obvious that noone is managing the staff.

Family is First

I have been here several times and it is always very clean and the patients seem happy. I always see the patients playing games, having therapy, or talking with other patients. The nursing staff also are very nice and you can tell they really care for the patients.

The appearance of Middletown Park Rehab and Health Care Center was OK. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean. They had different areas for rehabilitation and therapies. They had a nice area for guests.
