My aunt is at Cumberland Manor. We chose this place because her primary care physician is actually the medical director, so that gave her some comfort going somewhere where she knew she would still see her own doctor. My experience with them has been excellent. They have been very good with her. They really are working with her. She has improved actually since she has been there. There are a lot more interactions. They make sure she is getting physical therapy. It has been very positive. What I like best about Cumberland, for us is that it is in a great location for our family because it is centrally located, and they are just so very friendly. It is very clean. It is just very exceptional. You don't walk and think you're in a nursing home, and that was important to us that the environment was a good healthy environment.

My dad was at Cumberland Manor for two weeks. The staff was great and we had no complaints. They were very courteous and they try to accommodate our wishes. My dad already passed away. He just had more issues than we thought. He had kidney trouble, then liver, and then blood infection. But they treated him really well. The facility is located on a beautiful countryside and it's peaceful there, too.
