My family member was a resident here. The rooms are small. They are not well kept. Response time to residents pushing the call button is terrible. Administrative staff lied to me several times. Food was usually cold. Kitchen was unwilling to heat up my family members food when I asked. There are caring folks that work here, but they were few and far between. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

My aunt has been a resident of Regency Assisted Living for 1 ½ years. We have been very pleased with all facets of life at Regency! It is a pleasant and friendly environment with a high level of professional and personal care. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure that my aunt is comfortable and well cared for and that the family is informed of any needs or concerns that she or they may have to maintain her quality of life. The facility is clean and well maintained with staff very responsive to any maintenance/apartment alterations we’ve requested. Meals are good with lots of variety and there are a lot of enjoyable activities to choose from. She especially enjoys the music events. Regency has been a good choice for our family!

My sister has stayed here several times for rehab after a hospital stay. The facility is understaffed and seems to cause staff to be rushed and not very friendly. You have a problem? Suck it up. The food is ok, but my sister has needed to eat in her room. Half of the time the Hot food is Cold and the Cold food is Hot. I’ve gone to visit and it’s not a very welcoming place. The rooms are dreary and small if you have to share a room. They say they offer cable. But they can’t manage to get ABC locally. It is nice to have PT in house but would be nice to know what time of day they will do your PT each day. They have an in house hairdresser. She is wonderful.
