When we walked into Northfield Villa, they were welcoming, but we had to ask to be screened, so she went and got a thermometer and screened us. And that right there pretty much killed it. Their occupancy rate is at around twenty percent. The staff was nice, but she was new and it didn't seem like she had a whole lot of experience there. The place looks nice and the upkeep seemed to be OK. I didn't see any big deficiencies while walking in their empty room. The upkeep seemed pretty good, the grass was cut, and it looked presentable. The room sizes were pretty comparable and adequate.
