My grandma was in Pleasant Valley Manor. They were very helpful. Its a nice, smaller place, so the rooms were smaller and had smaller personal space. My grandma really liked the closeness of the residents, and they had a lot of fun doing the activities. They really made a great effort in keeping it clean, decorating, and making it a cheerful place to visit.
