Potosi Manor was very cluttered and disorganized. We did not see anyone. We were not introduced to any of the staff, except one individual. It felt like it was very rigid and very impersonal. They refused us. We talked to one administrator and an office aide; we did not get to interact with anyone else. The rooms were OK. The restrooms were not close by for a person who needed them. The male to female ratio was far higher (like one in eight) in that facility.
