Mom moved into Ozark Riverview Manor. They keep me up to date on what's going on. I get phone calls from them letting me know her status and how things are going regularly. The staff is more than helpful if I have any questions, and if they don't know the answers, they'll find somebody who does. They work with you. The rooms are kept clean. They're older rooms, but everything about them is, nice. She seems pretty happy, she's enjoying it there. The food is not anything extravagant. It's good, but it's not my home-cooked food. As far as my mother goes, she seems to like it and eats almost everything that they give her. The dining area is a big, open room, with tables, and chairs, My mom can't walk down there, so she's wheeled down in a wheelchair so that she can be a part of the group. It's a pretty social area. They have a salon.

My dad was here and I am very upset to how he was treated here. They didnt care, they showed they were more worried about a paycheck not the residents. If you ask a question you got spoken to like you were dumb. Pull it together. Residents should come first. And the ADON is who spoken to me like I was dumb and ignorant.

My dad has moved into Ozark Riverview Manor. They service his current needs now. The staff seems to be very caring and does a good job. The dining area is clean. My dad says the food is good. They have activities. They have an activity room and an activities counselor.

When we first arrived at Riverview residential we were very satisfied. Over the past few months we have seen a drastic decline in care! Another company has bought Riverview Residential. They have decreased the amount of staff and have experienced high staff turnover rates. The food has declined in quality and the menu consists of mostly starches. We were no longer notified of any medical issues or any accidents that our loved one experienced. Our attempts to call and find out what had happened were never answered and we did not get a return call. They had even stopped monitoring whether our loved one took their medicine. Please do not take any family member here!

We placed my mother at Riverview Manor (Ozark Riverview Manor). The experience has been very good. The place is clean and nice. The caring staff impresses me. They have everything you need, including food, laundry service, TV, and phone service.

I visited this facility number of times to meet my grandmother. The facility is so nicely maintained and provides so many amenities that it feels like a home, not an old folk's prison. Security is given a top priority here. Visiting areas are welcoming, and the menus in the dining room are appealing enough to stay for dinner. The Facility itself is gorgeous and offers many different activity's for the elderly. While there, I witnessed the staff members taking care of the residents like they are their own family members. The place looks well taken care off, clean and organized. They also have relaxation activities and the whole environment looks very welcoming. It is definitely a place where anyone would enjoy living the rest of their life. However, with such a nice facility, it is no surprise that the place is fairly expensive, but my grandma believes it is worth every penny. Besides the high price, there really isn't anything that I can say that is negative about the place. I would recommend this facility for old people.
