Not sure how one is supposed to show their appreciation enough. Placing my step mother was not the easiest thing to do but with the help of Meagan and Brice it made it easier. The facility smells nice and the food always looked good. The rooms were pretty nice overall and had enough space for her things. Some of the residents are so fun to talk to.

My father was at Hillcrest Care Center for a year. He had to move because he kept getting out, and they didn't have memory care. However, it is only five minutes from my house. The staff members were very helpful. They had a nice room with a counter sink and some drawers. I didn't think my father liked the food. The staff was nice and handy. They had an activities director who did do some activities. My father went to the exercise room, the therapy room, and the activities room. They also had a garden that Dad could walk out to without having somebody go with him; he liked that. I loved the staff; they were so helpful to me.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the care that my grandma has gotten since placed at this nursing home. She tells me stories all the time about the friends that she has made and how much fun she has on a daily basis. Good to know she is having a great time in her 90's.

This facility is very clean every time I visit. I am very pleased with how kind the staff are and how well they go out of their way for my uncle. Also love that they have bible study and the family is allowed to join. If your thinking of placing your loved one this is a place you should check out.

My mother is at this facility. She finished rehab and is now a long term patient. The facility goes out of their way to meet her needs which we cannot do at home anymore. It feels wonderful going in and everyone knowing your name. Mom loves the food and we enjoy having lunch with her.

My mom was there for a short time. It was total chaos. Never enough staff and only a few of them would actually help you. Most of the staff was always on break and smoking. Several of the residents were unsafe to be around also. Would never go back or recommend it.,

This facility is top of the line when it comes to care and compassion. You must go check it out for yourself. The best one around in the area.

My Mother was placed in Hillcrest back in May 2016. At first I was scared as before she was in independent living and I didn't know what to expect. The home is older but extremely clean. The nursing staff and CNA's have been amazing.the Administrator Cindy has gone above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and safe. They are very supportive and go out of their way to help. My moms only complaint is the food but she has lost her taste due to a stroke and dementia. Overall I am extremely pleased with Hillcrest. We looked at other homes and although Hillcrest is older the care my mom has received is superb.

My mother was a resident at facility for a very short period of time. Some of the girls are very nice they just simply do not have take care for people. The girls on the floor and the girls at the desk have no communication. Which makes sense because every time you drive by the nursing supervisors are out side smoking. My mother got sent to a different facility. Not the staff's fault that is on the floor I would say the management team is poor for the lack of supervising.

Understaffed, no communication between staff on individual care needs, lie to cover each other, no follow through upon family concerns, poor record and chart keeping, they smile, say anything then walk away and do nothing. Extremely poor response time to alerts and needs lights. Lack of supervision of nurses and aides. No assigned areas of patients. No one ever knows where the aides are, nurses sit at desk and don't help. Don't put loved one there unless they can take care of themselves.

MY mother just finised therapy at Hillcrest. I could not be more pleased. The staff and therapy dept are outstanding! My mom made lots of friends. Social services helped her get back home with home health care. The administration staff are all wonderful to talk to and make you feel welcome.A+!

My grandma was at Hillcrest for 3 years. I could have not asked for better care. Everyone in the facility treated her as if she were family. I will never be thankful enough for their love and support.

My mom was admitted to this facility on a Wednesday at 4:00pm and passed away the next day at 7:30 am. (After all vital signs were perfect) The facility sent my dad a bill for a 24 hour day. The staff seemed nice upon arrival but after my mom passed everyone became heartless. I asked a lady, while leaving my mom the first and only night she was there, if she liked the place and she said "have someone with your loved one at all times." I guess she was right. I believe they are understaffed. I will never know what truely happened to my mom in there care.
