My mother was transferred to Windsor Place from her assisted living community, and we've been extremely pleased with them. We've only been there three weeks, and so far everything has been great. The staff is good, and we feel like their covid protocol is really right on top of it. We've been very pleased with everything that we've seen, with the exception of one nurse, and she's only one of about 15 that I've met.

This time of COVID has been terrible on everyone. I want to believe that Windsor is doing everything that they can for my Mother and my family. She has been in there since COVID began. It is SO lonely for her. They have only ONE phone for 60 residents. I asked if I could get a phone line put in her room they said "No, they didn't want anyone it the building". I've asked for additional patient phones. It's a large nursing home why can't they buy several IPADS to allow FACETIME? I gave them my mother's life savings and I can't talk to her daily???

My dear friend is a patient. This COVID situation leaves patients with only the care given by employees, which is appalling! “Heroes” don’t work here! The families long to be able to visit and could help their loved ones with some things, but they can’t! The employees seem to care very little and are neglecting some patients that are disabled! Some of them are also cold and insensitive when dealing with family members!

On first impression Windsor is appealing as a place to leave a person at but do not let that fool you. It is an absolute disgrace how patients are not cared for in the manner that they should be. They are staffed with very few nurses and CNA’s that actually care about the patient’s well being. I feel terrible for anyone that is out there and has no one to check on them at least a few times a week. Looks can be deceiving so beware!

The Windsor Place was excellent. The staff was good. I got a very good impression, and I think it would be a good place for my mother. The dining area was excellent. They had a library. It looked like a nicer place because it's fairly new.
