Three nutritional meals and an alternative menu are available daily in our dining areas. Monday through Friday we also offer our "cafe menu" which includes items such as burgers, chef salad or a breakfast alternative.

We have a secured building with around the clock staffing.

Ecumen sends out weekly facility update letters to all residents and family members. Additional communications are sent out as needed if the information is time sensitive.
If Ecumen North Branch accepts dogs or cats, what indoor/outdoor areas can they enjoy?
Residents are allowed to have a dog or cat reside in their apartment with prior approval of the community management. Pets must be less than 30 pounds and no more than 18 inches at the shoulder. A non-refundable fee will be charged upon acquiring the pet. A full copy of the pet policy is available upon request.

All Assisted Living residents are provided with a emergency response pendant upon admission. When activated, the calls are directed to Ecumen staff for follow up. Each apartment bathroom also has an emergency response pull cord. Further information is available in our resident handbook.

Each individual is evaluated to determine their unique interests, abilities, skills and social needs. Daily structured and unstructured activities are included in the residents service plan and may be spiritual, creative, intellectual or sensory in nature.
Who assesses residents' health and cognitive functioning? How often is that assessment repeated?
An individualized plan of care is developed for each resident who elects to receive assisted living services. This plan is based on assessment by a licensed nurse and reviewed at least every 90 days or in the event of a change in condition.
