My parents and my husband's parents were at Ramsey County Care Center, and they had done a wonderful job. They had a remodeled suite so our parents were able to stay together. My dad fell a couple of times and had a stroke, and they called me within 20 minutes. I'm going to give the staff an excellent rate as well. They're there all the time. They would sit one on one with them and have dinner with them. They're very, very good.

If I could select 0 stars I would. I wouldn't trust this place to care for my cat. Horrible neglect of a resident caused hospitalization and ICU due to the inept doctors and nurses there. Filing a complaint with the Department of Human Services.
