Muller Manor

Muller Manor is located south of County Road 14 on Highway 61 and overlooks Egg Lake. This manor style, one level building was built in 1990, with a total of 28 units. It is owned by Washington County Housing Authority and designed for Seniors age 55 and older who continue to live independently. There are 15 garages available to residents at $35.00 per month. In addition, car plug-ins may be available. Each unit is furnished with a stove and refrigerator. A laundry room with free washers and dryers is located in the building. Muller Manor is a limited access entry building with community room and kitchenette available to all residents. An outdoor patio area with tables and chairs faces the lake. Handicap units are available also. Residents are responsible for paying their own electricity and telephone. Heat, sewer, water and rubbish removal are included in the rental amount. Muller Manor is located just north of the White Bear Lake area. Shopping areas, banks and churches are available near by.
