We didn't feel the staff was that caring at Tendercare Health Center-Birchwood, and there wasn't enough staff to go around. They have clean and spacious rooms. There was definitely an odor there.

We were not impressed with Birchwood. My daughter and I went, and we were very disappointed. It's not a place we would want to be or want to put our loved one. It's an older place and not as well kept. The staff was very nice, but it's not like a nursing home.
