Rooms are ok. Interactions with staff are poor.We've went on one color tour in 6 months.Amenities/3 meals a day,laundry and meds.

The facility is very large housing several residents, It was in the process of being remodeled when I visited so I assume that has already happened. The facility itself was very clean and the staff was very friendly. All of the residents I spoke with seemed very content with the situation. It was my understanding that there were social events to keep the residents entertained and for those residents who were able a bus would take them back and fourth from town for movies and dinner. The lodge itself is in the middle of the woods just outside of Cadillac Mi. I am sure there is plenty of wildlife for watching while sitting on the patio. Overall I feel like this facility would be perfect for those who can no longer live on their own but want to maintain their independence and dignity. I would have no problem, In fact I would be happy to move my Grandmother into this facility if the need arises. I am confident In the services provided by Pleasant Lake Lodge.
