Pope Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center

We like that Pope Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is not huge and it's more homey. It's like a giant house with a huge front porch veranda. They have people sit out there in the summer. It's nice. My mother is going to have a two bedroom and a big bathroom. The sunroom is literally seven feet from her door. They do gardening in there and exercise, so we like the location of the room. She's going to the nursing home level. They have gardening and exercise. They had entertainers come in and when we were there, they were doing karaoke in the dining room. They have the brass band thing on the lawn in the summer. It is probably around 4th of July. The residents like that. That's something they do every year. It's also close to where my husband and I live and a few of my sons live near it. The staff is very nice and informative. They have wallpaper borders and stuff like that, so it hasn't been updated, but it looked nice.
