I'm on a waiting list at Weinberg Place. The upkeep appeared to be pretty good. There are quite a few apartments in the building. It's quiet, and they have a lot to offer as far as activities. They have a business center, they have a laundry facility, and they also provide transportation to the market. The manager was very pleasant. He showed me around. They provide a full apartment with a kitchen and all, and you can cook your own meals, but they have an eat-together program where you can come together and eat with the other residents. The place was clean.
