Alzheimers / Dementia Special Care Our entire center is devoted to meeting the special needs of residents with Alzheimers/Dementia in a safe, caring and secure environment. Our center design fosters a positive and warm atmosphere, encouraging residents from all walks of life to participate in recreational activities. Our goal is to help residents with Alzheimers or related dementia maintain their current level of functioning. Special Services include: Secure and protective environment Assisted Living Memory Care Individualized comprehensive treatment programs Full program of social and cognitive stimulation Spiritual services Unrestricted visiting hours of family and friends Family support meetings Respite Care Continual staff education/training in specialized memory/social enhancement programs Our Residents We serve residents who exhibit one or more of the following traits: cognitive decline high frustration and anxiety levels disturbances in the sleep/wake cycle increased nursing needs in the final stages wandering behavioral issues difficulty with performing daily care Specialized Rehabilitation Program We offer specialized rehab approaches for long-term care with the goal of maintaining the highest practicable level of functioning.
