Well to start off , this place is horrible. Done used a tank of gas in one week, having to go back and forth because the nurses treat my mom like a rag doll/dog.They DO NOT WANT TO HELP HER. SHE FELL BROKE HER HIP. SHE IS IN THERE FOR THERAPY. THERAPY UNIT IS AMAZING. I ONLY LIVE LESS THAN 2 MILES AWAY. DONE HAD TO GOBSPEAK WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TWICE. TONIGHT I JUST GOT BACK BECAUSE THE NURSE TOLD MY MOM TO NOT HOLD ON TO HER WHEN SHE WAS HELPING HER TO RESTROOM. SHE CANT BEAR ANY WEIGHT ON HER RIGHT LEG YET. SHE NEEDS HELP. IF IT WOULDNT BE FOR THE PATIENTS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB, SO THEY BETTER THINK ABOUT THAT. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY MOM WHILE SHE IS IN THERE. THEY GONNA WISH NOT TRUST ME. THERE IS ONE NURSE THAT IS SWEET AS GOLD HER NAME IS MARCY. SHE IS INCREDIBLE. THE ONLY GREAT NURSE IN THE WHOLE PLACE.

THE DON IS HELPFUL AND PERSONABLE. UNFORTUNATELY THE ADMINISTRATOR TALKS DOWN TO EVERYONE AND IS QUITE POORLY SPOKEN AND SLOPPY IN OVERALL APPEARANCE. HE IS OFFSETTING AND SO ONE DOES NOT WANT A LOVED ONE IN HIS CARE

Holy Hill was an older facility, but it was clean. The staff seemed to be nice for the short time I was in there, but they ended up not accepting my mom because she was aggressive, so we had a little problem with that. The staff was kind, and from what I saw, they seemed to be OK. However, the facility could use some updating.

All in all I thought the facility was a pretty good place to spend the rest of my grandmother's days. The facility itself was very clean and maintaied properly. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They took really good care of my grandmother and cared for her greatly. The food that was prepared was above par and very adequate. The meals were served 3 time throughout the day with just enough time in between each meal to not let any of the residents get too hungry. The janitorial staff was very efficient and experienced. Any problem that would arise would be dealt with accordingly and in a timely fashion. The facility was big and they had many residents. They had a staff big enough to care for each and every resident as needed. I think the resident to staff ratio is about ten to one. From the little bit I know about nursing homes, this was suffient to take care of all of the residents.
