I also have had poor experiences with this facility. SOME of the employees care about the residents, however those employees are treated terribly by management in front of residents and visitors. There is an outrageous turnover due to the poor work environment, severe understaffed positions, and incompetent administrators. Upper management does not follow the company's code of ethics, they should not even list them on the website. Residents are not taken care of properly due to the short staff. Several residents have been moved by their families due to the poor care their family members have received. Have you seen how many CNA job openings there are at this facility at any one time? They can't possibly be at full staff ever! If you have family members or friends in this facility, please keep a very close eye on these residents.

My sister has been in this nursing "facility" (because it is far from a "home") for over 2 years. She was placed there, because it was the nearest bariatric facility to our home. The facility has an outrageous staff turnover rate. Very few of the staff actually care about the patients. She had a communicable disease for 9 months, which we thought was cured, but it is back. Instead of dealing with the problem, they make excuses. Terrible bookkeeping. The corporation has sold out to yet another financial institution, and the company, as a whole, has numerous lawsuits against them.
