"I appreciate that this agency will send someone to the home before the dates of service for training. My husband is disabled and we have certain routines that we follow. The caregiver was chosen with my husband’s personality and needs in mind. She was friendly, very patient, and very capable. She was willing to do any extras that my husband thought to ask for in his care. The caregiver turned my husband in bed each morning and at night for bedtime. She fixed and fed him meals and helped in bathing him and changing the sheets on the bed. As I recovered from surgery the caregiver was also a help to me in the small ways that I needed. The caregiver kept the client’s area clean – she emptied the trash and washed up dishes as needed. She was always on time and responsible. "
