I particularly like this facility because the staff was very nice and helpful. Whenever my grandmother needed assistance the staff was right there to help her. I had went there one time and my grandmother was telling me how she liked the facility and how she thought the staff was very friendly and nice. I didnt think so at first because when I had first went there I had said hi to one of the staff and she didnt say anything, but later on before I had left the facility she had came in my grandmothers room and had apologized, and had told me that the reason why she hadnt said anything to me earlier is because she was very busy with another client.
