We've been pretty satisfied with this provider. The staff is usually kind, although I think that sometimes they could be more attentive. My aunt complains about being cold all of the time and we take her throws, blankets and sweaters but often when we visit she is in short sleeves and shaking from cold. We had to tell them numerous times and then visit the director to finally solve the problem. They do take care of her dietary needs well and it is always clean. We keep a close eye on her and if something arises we go straight to staff, and usually to the director who does seem very kind. They have a lot of activities and even a dog and a cat that roam around the facility which most of the residents adore.
