Grand Living at Indian Creek

I write regarding memory care at Grand Living. My wife was in the care center two years and I have been in independent living for eight months.Two units of memory care are provided and my wife was a resident in Lavender, a unit for women. She had previusly been in another facility for two months. The care at GL was excellent. The director is an amazing caring young lady who understands dementia (alzheimers) and treats residents with great dignity. She touches base with every resident every day, has excellent people skills and cares deeply about each resident. I highly reccomend Grand Living as an excellent facility, especially the memory care units.

My parents live in Grand living at Indian Creek. We like its location and their price is pretty good. It's only four years old, so it's new. Everybody that I've talked to is great. The food must be good because my parents are gaining weight. They have something every day, whether it'd be music, bingo, big screen games, or just something. They've got a very nice room. It's got all the amenities. It's got big living rooms, a full kitchen, a double bedroom, and a big, walk-in bathroom. Other rooms have balconies, too. They've got a bigger restaurant-type area that they go to.

We got a really big tour of Grand Living At Indian Creek. They've got a really good sales team. They were top notch. My sister and I both said that that's where we want to come and live. We really like that one. They have all kinds of activities going on all the time. They offered us snacks. I felt like I was in an expensive hotel; that's what it's like to be in that environment. It was a very, very nicely designed building. It had lots of different kinds of rooms, like libraries, TV rooms, and stuff like that where you can interact with other people. The apartments were very nice. They just didn't have skilled nursing.

My mother is moving into Grand living at Indian Creek. I've been there a few times. It's only a couple of years old. It's like a hotel. It's very spacious. They have lots of amenities, and it's just the best fit for my mother. They have an in-house center, an exercise area, a salon, and a spa. They've got three different eating areas, a separate library, an open area, an auditorium, lots of outside seating, and a garden area.

Grand Living at Indian Creek is very new and it's very beautiful. They seem to have a master chef and the food is very good. They have a beautiful view of the conservation dedicated land, it is, however, very expensive. They have a gym and they have regular exercise programs. The staff was good. You can go from independent living into some kind of assisted living without changing your apartment.

Grand Living at Indian Creek was very nice. The rooms were all kinds of sizes, and the one we picked was appropriate for my mother. They have a long list of activities from fitness to games, they have four different restaurants, a salon, a library, and a theater. We were very impressed. Everybody was very nice. I had a lovely lunch. It had everything that we were looking for.
