The facility does not appear to be poor, just outdated. There is a small sitting area where patients can have get togethers with their family, but not a particularly large one. The nursing staff seemed fine, and the activities seemed to keep the residents engaged. The only problem I had was little things such as lost laundry if you use the in-house laundry service, and in the first couple weeks my great grandmother was in their facility, she fell and/or had problems getting someone's attention for aid.
