My sister was in critical condition only hours left. I was allowed in, her urine bag had leaked, floor covered. I asked for a mop. 4 hours later as I sat in urine puddle,no one came to clean or let me clean. I was told I could stay as long as I wanted. Due to state inspections that day I was kicked out told could not come back over trumped up incidents. Willow crossing expects the rules to be followed. Never was told the rules. Hospice got me back in. meals were brought in room not touched due to the staff saying she told them no. My sister was incoherent at this time. Help is to busy on phones or texting. Never received medicene on time had to ask for it. If the call button is used, once in 4 hours you will be abusing the system and they have 80 other rooms to attend to. Food is terrible, rooms dirty, window seals busted, residents can not look out due to fogged

Willow Crossing Health & Rehab was a little light on the help, and so it wasn't so good to me. Sometimes they had trouble getting everybody down to dinner at the right time. There were a lot of residents being left on the hall, and another girl was talking on the phone while another girl was texting. I didn't appreciate that at all. That told me right away what their priorities were. I would not recommend this place. They didn't have adequate staffing. It looked like some food was burnt, and it didn't look like the residents were getting the right portions of food that they needed. It looked like kids' food. They need to get more help and ban cellphones during work hours.
