"We toured Atascadero Christian Community and are waiting for a room to become available. We chose it because of the friendliness of the staff and the perfect accommodations. Overall, it was the best we’ve looked at. They had an exercise room, arts and crafts room, a beautiful outdoor facility with big deck chairs, Wi-Fi throughout the place, and private dining rooms for visiting families. "

"I have a Auntie that is moving into this senior apartment complex. We met with the manager and toured the property. I feel my family member will be in a safe little community. Yes they are smaller but this is ALL the room she needs. With each room being very spacious for her.... A living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and Nice size bathroom! Huge closet! New carpet was just installed and freshly painted. A Recreation room not far from her room with activities thru out the week and a work out area and also a van to take her the places she needs to go also. Quite cozy for her as she agreed coming from a large home that she shared with her husband before his passing. I know she’ll be happy here. Oh also I might add that her bank is walking distance and the local Hospital is right across the street literally. And the manager here I have to say is the best very Gracious person. Thank You!! "

"You own your home here at Quail Run Estates and this is where I've been since 2012. It's a beautiful place. They keep it up very nicely. The people that run it are very nice, too. They have swimming and pickleball. Every time there's a holiday, they have some kind of a big thing. For the Super Bowl, everybody brought something and they watched the Super Bowl at the clubhouse. Yesterday was garbage day. I called and said, "The garbage man came by and put down the garbage can and it fell over and I can't go down there." I explained the situation and they took care of it. It's all done. They make sure that everybody follows the rules. There are no cars on the street (once in a while, somebody visits you for a short time, though). No working on your car anywhere unless it's in a closed-in area like your garage. It's clean. The roads are kept up. Some trees are beautiful in this area. It's just very nice and we're very happy. There are no steps or stairs. There are beautiful patios."
