You own your home here at Quail Run Estates and this is where I've been since 2012. It's a beautiful place. They keep it up very nicely. The people that run it are very nice, too. They have swimming and pickleball. Every time there's a holiday, they have some kind of a big thing. For the Super Bowl, everybody brought something and they watched the Super Bowl at the clubhouse. Yesterday was garbage day. I called and said, "The garbage man came by and put down the garbage can and it fell over and I can't go down there." I explained the situation and they took care of it. It's all done. They make sure that everybody follows the rules. There are no cars on the street (once in a while, somebody visits you for a short time, though). No working on your car anywhere unless it's in a closed-in area like your garage. It's clean. The roads are kept up. Some trees are beautiful in this area. It's just very nice and we're very happy. There are no steps or stairs. There are beautiful patios.
