Senior staff is very approachable and always willing to listen and eager to be helpful. They have a wide variety of activities each day both from recreation staff and from the outside. Including musicians, schools and religious institutions. In addition to adjoining patios, they have a flower garden and vegetable garden for fresh produce. Goats and chickens for the residents to enjoy."

"Brookdale Paulin Creek didn't work for me. The rooms were nice and big. The location was perfect, but it was too dark and dreary. The staff kept saying they offer a 25% discount with the free month in September. I just felt like it was too pushy, like a used car salesman, but she was very nice and very caring. The structure of the building is good. Cleanliness is good, too. They take good care of that place. It was quiet. The people were very helpful. It seems like an old motel or something. It's a pretty big facility."
