Hanover Place is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say, it's fantastic. The people here are nice. Nothing's wrong with the place. It's great and the price is good. My cousin has been staying in Hanover Place for years. The staff, they're friendly, they're helpful. I've never met anybody here that wasn't kind. If my cousin's health holds up, I have no reason for her to leave. They have like a walking club and they have different stuff for the people to do.

The main thing I liked about Hanover Place was that they would be able to take my daughter in a two-bedroom (she's just 40). If there is one person in a two-bedroom that is over 55, they will take another person in that two-bedroom that's under 55. Number two, the price was decent. It was a little bit expensive, just $2500 a month, but it's doable. The place was very, very nice with nice-sized rooms and everything. They were located in a very good shopping area. I liked everything around there. My bank was right on the corner. There's a post office across the street, jewels, and my thrift store. They have church service every day. They will give you a meal for $15 but you have to pay for it. I cook so that's not a problem.

We went to see Hanover Place. The facility was well-kept. And the person who gave the tour was very professional and gave us helpful information. She knew what we were looking for and so she was able to show us all the amenities and what they offer. The building was excellent. The atmosphere was great and people there would recommend it, so that was great. It was good.

We toured Hanover Place. It's an awesome place. Everybody was friendly there. I had an awesome visit. Everything about the place I kind of liked as far as the exercise room. They give haircuts and stuff like that. They have hair salons. To me, it's a nice place to live. They had a movie theater. They had the popcorn machine. They walked me through everything that I was interested in. Every question I asked, and my fiance, we asked them promptly, and they were direct, to the point, letting me know exactly what was happening, and what was actually going on there, and the events. The facility was nice and clean.

I went to look at Hanover Place. I liked the room, the layouts, and the activities. It had a very warm atmosphere. The salesperson was excellent. They had a piano downstairs and a patio. They do exercise.

The rooms at Hanover Place were very nice. They seemed very big, but they didn't have too many extras for you, like there's no food, or you had to pay for your cable, and you had to pay for electricity. I saw a one-bedroom place with a living room and a good-sized kitchen. It was a nice place. The lady that gave me the tour was very friendly and very helpful. They had an exercise room and all kinds of activities going on, and they drove you to stores. They had a lot of stuff to do. I wouldn't have minded moving there, but the price was a little bit too high for me.

I like everything about Hanover Place. When you first pull in, it's very neat and clean, the parking area and everything. The building's a little older, which is no problem. There was a lady outside smoking, and I talked to her for a minute, and she said she really liked it there. The person during the tour was very nice and very professional. They've got beautiful and spacious apartments. I looked at a one-bedroom. She told me there were two-bedroom apartments in case I wanted to have somebody to kind of share the rent, or I could share the rent with somebody there in a one-bedroom. That place is amazing. On the inside, it looks like all new stuff, very clean, no smells. There's no food in that one. I talked to a gentleman that happened to be in the commons area when we came back, and he said he loves it there. They go places, and they go to the casino. There was a lady in the front waiting for someone to pick her up to take her to Walgreens, so there are services for that. It's very clean and very nice. I really wish that I could have afforded it. They were older than me because I'm just going to 60 in April. It's great customer service.

I visited Hanover Place. The facilities were great. I like the staff and I like the property too. I like where it is located but it's just out of my price range. The staff was excellent and very professional. The building was upscale. The maintenance people do an excellent job of keeping everything right. I like the parking.

Hanover Place is close to my father's primary doctors. It was clean. The people were friendly. It's organized. I feel like it's a safe space for my father-to-be. They have done some renovations on the apartment when the last resident moved out, but it's a gracious space. They have a two-bedroom-two-bath with a full kitchen. They don't provide food though. They have a common meeting area, an event space, a laundry space, a gym, and a nurse's station.

Hanover Place was very nice and clean. They had a lot of people there, and they're active. They have a lot of things for them to do; that's why I chose it. It didn't smell like a nursing home, so I was very happy there. The facility was beautiful. They have a salon, a laundry room, an activity room where people sit and do puzzles, a movie theater room, and a big popcorn machine. They show movies just like going to a regular theater. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant. She talked me through everything, showed me around, and answered questions. The meals aren't included. They had a barbecue yesterday, and all the people gathered in one room. They were socializing and eating. I guess they do that once a month. I thought the room was very nice and clean. I think it would be perfect for my friend. I would recommend them.

I visited Hanover Place. The experience was fine. I visited a two-bedroom apartment, which was in a perfect location in the building. It's got a lot of sun in the windows. It was spacious enough. The only thing I didn't like was the cost. I just knew that I wouldn't be able to afford it once I retired. They showed me the workout room, the laundry space, the business center, the office where they have a nurse on call, the dining area, and the movie area. The young lady who gave me the tour was very nice, thorough, and punctual. She showed me everything that came with renting there.

When I was expressing disappointment to the manager, I explained that I am trying to be reasonable and that I am the nivce one of the family. His reply shocked me " your family doesn't scare me" I AM NOT A CHILD I am not trying to scare anybody. Just trying to get my father reimbursed for incompetence. Worst manager You can ask more than half of the residents who are highly disappointed with the manager but don't want to cause trouble. I don't want trouble either, but I will be the voice for these residents. For a manager who wears ear buds all day to avoid taking to residents, and has literally walked out of his way to avoid having to walk past me, sure seems like that isn't management material. Disrespectful, arrogant and ignorant aren't characteristics of a manager I would hire. The staff Melissa and Leigh have been so kind, helpful and competent. The residents are absolutely amazing and so many are fed up. The breakfast has been canceled, the activities have been cut down, the happy hours have become less, yet prices are still increasing. After dealing with a disaster of a fiasco of mold infestation in my dad's apartment, I can't believe that I can't get my father compensated for curtains that a worker ruined and an electric bill paid. After all of the inconvenience. I was told this is my father's fault as he should have moved when he was offered. He was originally told this would take "a couple of days" and yes after over a month he was offered to move again, but what an inconvenience it would have been to live with no phone, no cable and having the family have to move everything. The manager can tell me they would have moved all of his stuff all he wants, but I can't get his new curtains hung because it is a liability. When I said that to him, his ridiculous response was "it is a liability and You can't get hurt from a couch can you, I don't think so. " Completely unacceptable to speak to a residents family that way. But I guess if you are going to say my family doesn't scare you, you apparently felt that I was trying to scare you. BUT as I stated I am adult trying to get my father reimbursed, not a child trying to scare someone. Very unhappy with management if that's what you think you can call it.

I liked Hanover Place because it was just an apartment, and it was not required to have the meals included. I liked the apartment layout. I looked at a one bedroom, but I would prefer a two bedroom. It was nice, clean, and well done. I would like to have had a washer/dryer in the unit, but they had a laundry room. The staff that I met during the tour was very friendly and very informative. One thing that could be an issue was that the parking was outside uncovered.

The apartments at Hanover Place were overall spacious. I like the activities that they have there, they seem to have a lot of amenities that are beneficial to the residents. It's very clean and appeared pretty much updated. The person that showed me around was wonderful. From what I saw, I was pretty impressed. I noticed they have a big TV area and did things like movie nights, and you could go in and use it any time. I like the fact that they had a gym and the fact that they worked with a physician. So in case, my father wouldn't be able to get to his own doctor on a day he wasn't feeling well, there was a good chance their physician would be able to see him. I like having that option for him. He talked about how they go on outings, they gather in their main living area or common area to do different activities down there. People just go down there, chit-chat, or play games, so I liked all of those things.

I have chosen Hanover Place for my mother because it looks like a country club. She has already moved in. They have tons of activities for them daily. They give them a daily breakfast, and she has an 800-square foot apartment including a kitchen that's bigger than mine, a living room, a huge bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, not a bathtub. I would give the staff a rating of 5 because if she has a problem, she's been able to tell them at the desk and within 5 minutes, they're knocking at her door to fix it or address it for her. And if she doesn't know what to do, they tell her right away, and the rent is $500 cheaper. She likes the food. They have a huge coffee machine. It gives you choices on coffee, chocolate coffee, vanilla coffee, latte, and cappuccino, that you have access to 24 hours a day and your family can have it, too. There's a library there, there's bingo there, and there's crocheting there. They have a shoe decorating club, they have a church there, they have a movie theater room, and they have an exercise room. It's like a country club, I would move there myself. And it's so clean, and it is like walking into a five-star hotel.

The tour I had at Hanover Place was very, very nice. They had one-bedrooms and studio apartments and they were very spacious. The staff was very accommodating and they had a ton of things for the residents to do. They had an activity board that was posted and they offered so much. The residents were very accommodating, very friendly, and very warm as well. They would make you feel welcomed.

Hanover Place was very nice. Everything seemed to be clean. I just like the overall picture of it. Everything they had there was nice, and the apartments were more in my range as far as moneywise. The person who toured me was very helpful. He showed me around. He was very nice and very polite, and he respected me. They have meals that come in, but it's not a regular thing. They have outside places to bring food in. They have different things each day or each meal and you don't have to cook all by yourself. I also like that they have the convenience of having a small kitchen and that I can cook something I want. They have courtyards and stuff like that. They had a couple of places where you can sit and congregate outside.

Hanover Place was very nice. The staff and the little apartment I saw were wonderful. The building has an elevator, it has a continental breakfast, and the utilities are all paid for. The only thing you pay for is their cable and phone. It had a very nice room and was nice-sized too. It's one of my choices if I can't find anything else. They're on the higher end at $1900 and I really can't go any higher than that, but if I can't find anything, that's the place I would go. The facility was wonderful. It had a library and a little bistro area where you would get your continental breakfast. I liked the little game room, too, so it's all very nice. It's independent living like they said it would be. People could even come and go as they want. They didn't have a gym or anything. They just had a front area, which is like a little patio. That's the only thing that kind of turned me off. I would like, if possible, to have a patio. If not, that's okay but I would want to be able to go and sit in a garden area or something like that. This place has one but just in the front of the building. It's nice enough though and I'm not complaining. I would have preferred a little bit more, but it's good and out of all of the places I looked at, it's the one I would go to. For meals, what they do is catering. They have a menu and if you want your food to be catered, you have to select your dish and call it down to the office by 10:00 that day. Otherwise, everything is independent so you just cook your meals yourself and do your groceries. You have your refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The place is very nice, clean, and smells good.

I toured Hanover Place. The apartments were OK. It's not enough for myself because I'd like to have something much bigger, but for single people it seemed adequate. The staff seemed nice, and the grounds look nice. They have a lot of activities, which seemed like it's perfect for that situation. It seemed like they were maintaining everything. I saw they were playing bingo. They said they have a lot of activities, and they have a calendar of different activities. The staff was very knowledgeable and very informative. He was very good. The place looked well-maintained.

I'll be moving into Hanover Place. I like the fact that they have things that I like to do. They have yoga classes, they have a walking club, they have a book club, and they've got a gym. On Friday nights, they have a happy hour with little munchies and drinks. When I toured it, I stopped and spoke with five or six different women. Because one person has to be 55 and over, quite a few people are still working. I did see some women that looked like they were about my age, and so I stopped and talked to them, and everybody was very friendly. They have their own movie theater. I'm Lutheran, and there's a big Lutheran church just two blocks away, and then another a couple of blocks away, there's a Sam's and there's a CVS. Everybody that I've talked to seemed to like it there, and I was able to get what I wanted, like the third floor overlooking the courtyard. I would give the staff who assisted me a five. If there were a couple of things he didn't know, he found out for me. We went back and looked at the place that I wanted to have at two different times. I liked him a lot. He was very good. The place was very clean. It was very pleasant. When you walked in, there was a nice fireplace there. There was one woman who was sitting there reading a book, and another one came over and said, "Hi, how are you?" She was a retired doctor, and everybody seemed very friendly, and it was very clean. I was quite impressed with it.

Hanover Place was very nice. It was like apartment living, they had a full kitchen and a full living area. It was very big, very nice, spacious and very clean. The staff seemed nice. The girl I talked to, was fairly new, so she was feeling her way through, but she seemed very friendly. They had an open house, but unfortunately, we didn't get to make it like a couple of weeks afterward. They had a game room, they had a movie room for movies. They didn't have as much as one place I toured, but they had more than the other one I saw. They only fed you breakfast, and for the rest, you're on your own. The breakfast was like continental breakfast and they didn't do it on the weekends, only on Mondays through Fridays. They had a library and a nice fireplace with a piano where people play in the evening sometimes. The residents that I saw seemed very friendly there.

Hanover Place was nice and clean, that's what I liked the most. It was so open to the residents like they could just move about. Even though you have individual apartments, you still have those common areas, like the whole first floor, you just move about. I wasn't ready for something like that. We looked at a 2-bedroom. The staff was pretty good. Because of the pandemic, they're not offering food, they just give it to you in a bag. The facility was kind of small, and right now, you can see the upgrade of the 1-bedrooms. They're only upgrading when you say you're going to move in, so they're remodeling as they get people to come in. They have a courtyard and a gym.

I went to Hanover Place four months ago. It's only a block away from us. It was very nice, my uncle was there for ten years before he passed away a year ago. He was very satisfied with the facilities and what they had to offer, and he loved it there. His apartment was very nice. He had a one-bedroom apartment, a bath, a kitchen, and a living room. He thoroughly enjoyed it. He had an exercise room there where he was capable of exercising. He went downstairs to visit the people who lived there. They had a little conversational area where you can go down and have coffee and talk to people, and that he loved. He said the food was all right. The staff was very, very kind and very caring, and very nice. I always felt that way when I went there to see him, they were very accommodating and they were very nice, very polite. They had a big garden in the back. You went out and they had a nice garden with flowers and stuff, and a big patio where you could sit out there. It's very, very clean, spotless. The activities were great. There was a big area for a movie theater there, they had a library, and they had an exercise room there. Everything was nice. It was very nice to live there. I would live there. I already told my uncle if that's where I was going to end up that I would want to live there.

Hanover Place was fine. The grounds were well kept, the exterior looked well-manicured, and the interior appeared to be clean. The staff seemed friendly, but it just all boiled down to the size of the bedrooms, they were too small for my parents. The person who did the tour was very friendly and very transparent. Everything was nice. We saw the exercise facility, too, which was nice and that we were interested in.

I went to Hanover Place. It's nice, but it wasn't updated enough. The rooms were small. I couldn't have gotten my furniture there. They wanted eleven hundred a month for one bedroom. The lady that was working there was very nice, very nice. Her personality was happy, she is a good salesperson for the place. They had a pool room, a place for your guests to come and sit. It was just laid out nicely. But it just wasn't what I was looking for. The building was clean, but it's not modern.

Hanover Place was very nice. It's something that I would want, but it's a little out of my reach. Everything was just wonderful. It was really good. The service that we got, the tour, everything was nice. The person during the tour was a very nice lady. I've got no complaints. The apartments were very nice and big enough. It was very clean. She told us about all the activities and we saw all the amenities. We got the whole tour of the TV room, movie room, exercise room, dining room, laundry, and common areas. They're all very good. I would recommend that to anyone. It felt like somewhere you wanted to rest. It's peaceful. The yard, the courtyard, and the parking lot were very clean. It was just excellent.

I moved into Hanover Place. Everybody is so sweet, including the employees. They aim to please you and to assist in every way that you may need them. They give two free meals per day, except for Saturday and Sunday. They have lots of activities. I haven't even attended any of the activities. When I go downstairs and when I pass by the residents, they all want to include me. They have a movie theater. They take you on tours. They take you to the grocery store. If you need to go to the doctor, they even take you to the doctor. They also have a nurse on staff. They have a gymnasium and a treadmill. They also have laundry services which is free, you just have to bring your own soap. The cable is free, you just have to pay for Internet. They have a beautician on staff, and you have to pay for that. They have a library, too. There is a tenant in the building who plays the piano on the first floor in the lobby. He plays it beautifully. Everything is just so nice and clean. I moved here April. I got one month free rent, and then I got five hundred dollars off the next two months of rent. If I refer somebody and they take the apartment, I get another free rent.

We looked at the Hanover Place and my mother liked it. She felt more at ease with the staff and the environment. She got a good vibe when she was there and she felt she might be comfortable there. I would give them a five because of the caring staff, the cleanliness, and the overall setup, like the fact that she can have visitors. I can visit her as often as I need to. She pretty much has freedom there to do what she needs to do. They were friendly, helpful, and very caring. The place was very clean, very updated, and it didn't seem like it was going to be challenging for my mother to get around.

I live in Hanover Place. I've only been here a little bit, but so far, so good. It's quiet, and they have a great staff. It's very lovely. I'm enjoying it. It's a very nice place to be for independent living. I really like it. The staff is great. Any concerns are addressed right away. Any questions you have are answered right away. They resolve the issue if we have one right away. They're great. They're very nice. It's very clean inside and out, and it has very good landscaping. It's really nice inside and out. I haven't used any of the activities so far. They value their tenants with the way they resolve any issue or answer questions. I like them. Hanover Place was by far to me the best money wise, and as far as independent living.

My experience with Hanover Place was great. The people were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain things, but it was out of my price range. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. They have a library, TV rooms, and an exercise room. It's well acclimated to the aging individual. It's an excellent place.

Hanover Place was very well kept. The one-bedroom unit was great, and it had ample space. The only thing that I did not like about the place was that they do not provide medical staff on site to assist you with different things. I only met one person, and that was the person that gave me the tour. She was very nice. They have activities. The dining area was very nice.

Owners and management company just don't seem to care and definitely do not follow through. If you think this is the place for you, at least speak with a few residents before you sign anything. The community rooms are beautiful and they remodeled some of the units, but make sure any work you need done is completed before you sign a lease. Read the lease carefully, especially your "move-in" date. Issues include residents smoking (at night) right outside one of the main doors and you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to go in/out; low-quality and sometimes old and stale food put out for the continental breakfast; persistent blackouts on certain cable channels with Senior TV, which is the company included in the rent; problems with AT&T internet either shutting down (sometimes for a couple of days at a time) or being very slow; meetings, events and breakfast items (and sometimes times) being changed with little or no notice to residents, etc. Although there is an after- hours emergency phone number where you can leave a message, management is not on site after office hours. Some of the employees are amazing and the saving grace here; while others seem to think they are doing you a favor by working at Hanover Place - they will walk right by you without so much as a hello, with their nose in a cell phone.

Hanover Place is very nice, and they have many activities for the residents. The staff is wonderful, and the apartments are light and bright. They have every amenity you could want. We have a very nice dining area and the food is very good. There are also friendly workers around, and the garden area outside is very nice. Some of the activities are card games, word games, puzzles, bingo, and so on. I feel very safe and comfortable here.

Hanover Place was the place I wanted to live. It was very clean and pleasing to the eyes. The common areas where people sit, chat, read a book, or whatever were very clean. The apartment itself was very nice. I liked the layout, and the room sizes were good compared to other place we saw. I liked it. The staff answered all of the questions we asked, gave me materials to read, and were very accommodating. The dining and serving areas were very clean and spacious enough. They had activities every day that I could participate in if I wanted. If I did not, I could just stay in the apartment.

Hanover Place had nice open facilities. They have a place where you could exercise, a library, a computer room, and a place where you could get your meals other than at the normal times. They were in a very nice residential area. It was very homey and friendly. Their dining facility was adequate, and there was a lot more room where you would eat your food, a much bigger room in the center where you could sit down and have your meals and socialize. I was impressed by its price and that all the meals were included. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
