I would recommend Heartland of Galesburg to anyone need skilled nursing. I was in real bad shape when I arrived but with the help of the nurses and therapy I am up walking independently, eating, and enjoying life. The care is wonderful here and the staff is very attentive. Of course like most people I have favorites but the staff are truly caring. The therapy was the best I have ever seen. I received therapy services every day and they knew what I needed to be able to do to get back home. They created a plan that was specific to my needs and my capabilities and continued to raise the bar for me to get me to the point I needed for home.
