I was completely surprised but very put at ease and at comfort with the staff. But they never let me feel anything less but dignified. And for somebody to be going through what it takes to be invoked in the situation such as this , dignity is lot.

I went to Dimensions Living Burr Ridge. The staff was great, but it's probably not for us. I was looking but I wasn't looking around as much because when I saw the room and the size, then I wasn't as focused and all that. It was nice, it was OK, but the room was going to be a little bit too small for my mom. I would rather have a little bit more space. I only met Robin, and she was great. The facility seemed fine. They were updating a couple of the rooms that we saw, so all of that seemed fine.
