The place and staff are amazing. My Grandmother was there for rehab after her surgery and the PT team was great and she was able to return home sooner than expected!

My father was in Karcher Estates for rehab, but because of Covid, I never got inside. We just talked to him through the window. He was happier there than at the other rehab he went to. I have no complaints whatsoever. They helped us afterwards with doctor appointments and physical therapists. They did all the footwork for me. They were doing a good job of what they're trained to do. He did not have any complaints about the food. One time we visited, they had a clown that came through and gave people little root beer floats, but they made it fun. He's in the rehab side, and it's all connected. They have the whole thing, memory care, rehab, and senior living. They have it all together.

My Mother in-law is in the Rehab here, they are taking excellent care of her. The staff is very helpful and kind her.

When it is meal time, all the staff are taking people to the lunch room and no one is left to watch to see if anyone left in the rooms call for aide because if they do there is no one to go to the rooms to help.

HORRIBLE care....oxygen patients sitting with empty 5anks, medications given sporadically (if at all), facility seems EXTREMELY understaffed. Diets are Not followed ( low sodium or diabetic options are NOT available at all)
