If I could give a ZERO STAR for care I would. The staff is friendly and try to be helpful. But they are only "Johnny on the Spot" when you alert them about something, otherwise you find you loved one sitting in urine soaked clothes and no clean clothes available because it takes days for laundry to return clothing. Also, when you tell them something, they always state they will do it or look into it. YEP...never gets done. Ask...ASK...ASK...MEETING...DEMAND....PLEAD...NOTHING. LOTS of MONEY...for WHAT!?! AND NOW THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION - POUNDING, HAMMERING, MOVING RESIDENTS FROM ROOM TO ROOM ...HALL TO HALL. VERY BAD FOR PATIENTS THAT ARE ELDERLY OR HAVE DEMENTIA. Or anyone for that matter.
