My father is in Heardmont Nursing Home. It's excellent. The staff helped me with his placement, following the proper paperwork for his Medicaid, and going over his medications and his care plan, and whenever I need to get in touch with someone they stay in constant contact with me. It's a smaller facility. It only has 60 beds for residents, and they have 24/7 round-the-clock care. They have a garden and gardening activities. Right now, they're not allowing visitors from the outside because of the restrictions on COVID, but if you have a family member, you can go and talk to them through the glass. It's very affordable.
